【摘要】:Rubberandrubberproductsmustresistthedeteriorationofphysicalpropertieswithtimecausedbyoxidativeandthermalaging.Withthistestmethod,thesecharacteristicsmaybedeterminedinawaythatisfreeofsomeofthecomplicationsinherentincommunity-typeagingdevices,thatiswherenumerouscompounds(specimens)areagedinthesameenclosure.Theisolationofcompound(specimens)bytheuseofindividualcirculatingairtesttubeenclosurespreventsanycrosscontaminationfromvolatileproductsandpermitsamorerepresentativeassessmentofagingperformance.PleaserefertotheAnnexinTestMethodD573forimportantinformationonstandardcompoundsusedforprecisiontestingforacceleratedtestagingevaluation.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaproceduretodeterminethedeteriorationinducedbyheatingrubberspecimensinindividualtesttubeenclosureswithcirculatingair.Thisisolationpreventscrosscontaminationofcompoundsduetolossofvolatilematerials(forexample,antioxidants)andtheirsubsequentmigrationintootherrubbercompounds(specimens).Theabsorptionofsuchvolatilematerialsmayinfluencethedegradationrateofrubbercompounds.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
