【摘要】:ThisstandardappliestoalltypesofS/Rmachines,restrictedtotherailsonwhichtheytravelwithinandoutsidetheaisles,whichembodyliftingmeansandmayembodylateralhandlingfacilities,forthestorageandretrievalofunitloadsand/orlonggoodssuchasbarmaterialsand/orfororderpickingorsimilarduties.Alsoincludedisthetransferequipmentusedtochangebetweenaisles.Controlofmachinesmayrangefrommanualtofullyautomatic.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytofreerangingindustrialtrucksorrobots.Referencesinthisstandardtoracking,buildingsandsystemsonlyapplywhereitisnecessarytoassessthehazardsandrisksattheirinterfaceswithS/Rmachines.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazardsrelevanttoraildependentstorageandretrievalequipment,whentheyareusedasintendedundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisstandardappliestomachinesandequipmentthataremanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.IllustrationsofexamplesofmachinesandtransferequipmenttowhichthisstandardappliesareshowninAnnexA.Safetyrequirementsand/ormeasuresinthisstandardapplytoequipmentusedunderindoorconditions.However,additionalriskassessmentsandsafetymeasuresneedtobeconsideredforusesinsevereconditions,e.g.freezerapplications,hightemperatures,loads,thenatureofwhichcouldleadtoadangeroussituation(e.g.especiallybrittleloads,explosives),earthquakeeffectsandalsocontactwithfoodstuff.Hazardsduringdecommissioningarenotcovered.ThisEuropeanStandardalsodealswiththetechnicalrequirementsforelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC).Noiseemittedbythesemachinesisnotconsideredassignificantbutasarelevanthazard.Thismeansthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisobligedtocarryoutnoisereductionandindicatethenoiselevel.
