【摘要】:Control8212;Thefollowingtestsareusefulforcontrolpurposesduringthemanufactureanduseofvarnishes,andfordeterminingtheuniformityofbatches:4.1.1Specificgravity,4.1.2Viscosity,4.1.3Flashpoint,and4.1.4Nonvolatilematterbyweight.Performance8212;Thefollowingtestsareusefulfordeterminingtheperformanceofvarnishesduringapplicationanduse:4.2.1Drainage,4.2.2Timeofdrying,4.2.3Build,4.2.4Dielectricstrength,4.2.5Thermalendurance,4.2.6Varnishcompatibility,4.2.7Saltwaterproofness,and4.2.8Oilresistance.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertestsforsolventcontainingvarnishesprimarilyintendedtoprovideelectrical,mechanical,andchemicalprotectionforelectricalequipment.Thesetestmethodsincludetestsforcontrolandperformanceasfollows:1.2Wheretheentiretestmethodisincludedinthisstandard,theprecisionandbiasarenotknownunlessgiveninthestatedmethod.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection5.Note1ThereisnoequivalentIECstandard.
