【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivessafetyrequirements,andthemeansofverifyingthem,forthedesignandconstructionofguards,abletobeopenedwithoutatool,whichareusedtoguardthemovingpartsofthepowertransmissionofself-propelledride-onmachinesandmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachinesusedinagriculture.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Itdealswiththesignificanthazards(aslistedinAnnexA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoguardsofmovingpartsofpowertransmissionusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClauses4and5).Itisnotapplicabletoguardsformovingpartsofthepowertransmissionof-tractors,-aircraft,-aircushionvehicles,or-lawnandgardenequipment.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforwroughtlow-carbonironhavingacarboncontentof0.015%orlesswiththeremainderoftheanalysisbeingsubstantiallyiron.Twoalloytypesarecovered:Type1isalow-phosphorousgradeandType2containsaphosphorousadditiontoimprovemachinability.Thisspecificationalsocoversalloyssuppliedbyaproducerorconverterintheformandconditionsuitableforfabricationintopartswhichwillbesubsequentlyheattreatedtocreatethedesiredmagneticcharacteristics.Itcoversalloyssuppliedintheformofforgingbillets,hot-rolledproductsandcold-finishedbar,wire,andstrip.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverironpowderscapableofbeingprocessedintomagneticcomponents.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverflat-rolled,low-carbonelectricalsteels.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(absolute(orpractical)cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.
